Full Job Description

Shift Manager - Daytime, Lambertville Shop

Reports to: General Manager

 

Owowcow is a locally sourced, small batch, artisan ice cream brand. We currently have 5 retail shops with expansion plans on the horizon.

Qualifications:

 

• Management experience

• Weekday morning availability

• Energetic, positive, great communicator

• Is organized, adaptable, creative, resourceful, and a problem solver

• Able to manage other scoopers and work with management in setting an example for the shop

• Extremely detail-oriented

• Has an appreciation for the craft of small-batch, artisan ice cream making that prioritizes premium ingredients and a premium process

 

Duties of the Role:

 

• Open and set up the ice cream shop daily to assist customers

• Scoop and serve ice cream to the community

• Take inventory & pan count daily, works with production on making sure shop is properly stocked

• Reconciling register each morning and making weekly bank deposits

• Communicate with upper management on happenings in the shop
